As primary consultant, Ericka provides expert services to our clients including; training, employment law compliance, employee relations, selection techniques, and on-boarding practices. She also provides leadership education sessions and OSHA training courses. In addition, Ericka proudly consults on the area of sustainable office practices and health and wellness programming. Ericka’s human resources experience dates to 1994, when she worked in the healthcare industry focused on recruitment and training staff in a local health care center. She went on to lead the HR department in both the hospitality and human services industries. Her corporate experience came from her tenure at a mid-sized regional commercial real estate organization where she was primarily responsible for corporate training and recruitment. Ericka is a proud member of the Society of Human Resource Management and Human Resource Professionals of MN. Ericka earned her Bachelor of Science in human resource management from Metropolitan State University and holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR.)
